Hearts players have been told not to expect their salaries on time after funding difficulties emerged today. The team is due to receive their monthly salary today, but it is believed that it is unlikely that the money will arrive.
Hearts players were told by board members that UBIG was still attempting to secure the funds required to pay salaries.
After three substantial delays in monthly payments, the squad officially complained to the Scottish Premier League in December.
