Scotland has made four changes to the starting line up before playing Australia in the last of this year’s Autumn Internationals at Murrayfield.

Wing Sean Maitland is the biggest surprise as he was only added to the squad on Monday.

The three other changes are all in the pack with prop Simon Berghan, second row Grant Gilchrist and number eight Ryan Wilson brought in to counter the Australian forwards.

Zander Fagerson, Ben Toolis and Cornell du Preez move to the bench with Lee Jones being left out.

Saracens player Maitland was recalled to the Scotland squad on Monday after recovering from an ankle problem.

Maitland brings previous experience of playing in Coach Gregor Townsend’s team, after the two worked together at Glasgow, and will be excited to add to his five previous tries for his adopted nation.
